What are the official dates of XPONENTIAL 2024 Convention? . . .
The official event dates are December 8 - 10, 2024. Please expect to arrive by mid-afternoon on Sunday, December 8 for registration and an evening Welcome Event and depart on Wednesday, December 11 following the completion of the Closing Party the night before.
Who should attend Convention? . . .
The convention is intended for, and designed around, franchise owners.
Where is Convention located? . . .
The Convention is located at the Wynn, Las Vegas, NV.
What is the first event? When does the meeting open? . . .
A Welcome Event will be held Sunday, December 8 at approx. 5:30 pm; attendance is optional. The main Convention itinerary starts with the General Session on Monday, December 9 at approx. 9:30 am.
When is the last event? When does the meeting end? . . .
The Convention ends on Tuesday evening, December 10 at approximately 11:30 pm at the Closing Party at XS (optional). Tuesday breakout sessions end at approximately 5 pm.
What is the dress code? . . .
Attire is business casual during the Convention. During sessions, feel free to be business casual / comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, sweaters, blazers, blouses, and most importantly, comfortable shoes. You may also wish to bring a dressier outfit for the cocktail/party attire for the Welcome Event and Closing Party. We do recommend you dress in layers, as temperatures in meeting rooms can vary. We do not recommend shorts or other casual clothes such as t-shirts or sandals.
The following are always prohibited for day and night events: no torn, cut-off or stained clothing. No athletic gear including gym shorts, tennis shoes, sweatpants, hats, etc. No shorts, flip flops, or swimwear.
Will child care be provided while I am atttending Convention events? . . .
We do not provide childcare services during Convention. Attendees may contact their hotel’s concierge for assistance with childcare.
How do I know if I am registered? . . .
All owners with a branded email address will have received registration information to register for Convention. You will need to register with the email address that was sent registration information, either through the link in the email or directly on the website. All owners need to register individually via this registration portal. Once you have successfully RSVP’d, you will receive a confirmation number and email. This confirmation is your receipt.
How will I receive my badge? . . .
When you arrive at the registration counter, you will be asked to show your photo ID and will then receive your badge. Attendees will not be allowed to pick up other attendees’ badges. You must be registered prior to arrival at Convention. Same day registration will not be accepted.
How do I make hotel reservations? Can I get a discount on my hotel for convention? . . .
Yes – We have partnered with Wynn to provide discounted rooms in our room block, however you will be required to register for Convention first before booking a hotel room. Visit the Travel tab of the Convention website for more information.
What about airfare for the Convention? . . .
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from Convention, including but not limited to airfare and transit from the airport to the hotel. See the Travel tab for more information.
What should I bring? . . .
No bags will be allowed in Sunday and Tuesday night’s activities. A small clutch it’s fine, but anything bigger will need to stay in your room. During the rest of the convention backpacks and bags will be fine. Venues will check for ids. Please make sure to have one with you at all times.
